Yes — every journey is fully managed from arrival to departure by experienced teams on the ground in East Africa. Every detail is coordinated in real time, ensuring your experience flows seamlessly from start to finish.
Private safaris are designed entirely around you — your pace, your preferences, and your travel style. Small group departures follow a thoughtfully designed shared itinerary, with a limited number of guests to maintain comfort and quality throughout.
Our small group departures are intentionally limited to approximately 8–12 guests, ensuring a more refined, comfortable, and personalized experience.
Each safari vehicle is limited to just 6 guests, ensuring more space per guest and consistently excellent wildlife viewing.
Your safari includes carefully selected accommodations, all meals, private safari vehicles, scheduled experiences and park activities, park fees and permits where applicable, airport transfers, refreshments during activities, and full on-the-ground support throughout your journey.
Yes — all meals are included throughout your journey. Bottled water, soft drinks, beer, and wine are provided during activities, with wine and beer also included with meals at select lodges and camps.
Gratuities for your core safari team — including your Safari Director and Driver Guide — are already taken care of. There is no expectation or obligation to tip at any point during your journey. There is nothing to calculate or manage. Your experience remains seamless and uninterrupted.
Most safari activities are designed to be comfortable and accessible. Experiences such as gorilla or chimpanzee trekking can be more physically demanding, and guidance will be provided in advance to help you prepare accordingly.
Yes — journeys can be designed to suit couples, families, friends, or multi-generational travel. Private safaris allow for full flexibility, while group departures are best suited for guests comfortable traveling within a shared itinerary.
We operate a U.S.-based support office in Phoenix, Arizona, alongside our East Africa headquarters in Entebbe, Uganda, with teams across Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Your safari is designed, managed, and delivered directly on the ground in East Africa — not coordinated remotely. This allows for greater control, seamless execution, and a consistently high level of service throughout your journey.
Yes. Laundry is taken care of at most lodges and camps throughout your journey. It is arranged quietly during your stay — allowing you to travel light and remain comfortable at all times.
Yes — all private safaris are fully customized. If you are joining a group departure but would like adjustments before or after the scheduled dates, these can be arranged seamlessly.
